Our poor little girl...

Katey hasn't been feeling at that well since Monday.She's been running a fever and has been complaining that her legs hurt. We figured it was just the bug that has been going around but last night she said her throat was sore and I noticed that she was barely opening her mouth to talk. So, instead of waiting to bring her in to the doctor today we took her to urgent care last night about 7 and sure enough she has strep throat. Poor little thing! She had 2 doses of her medicine and she's already feeling better and can't wait to get back to school. She has been such a trooper she NEVER complains when she's sick but she's very disappointed to be missing school. She sure loves kindergarten and she told me today that she misses seeing her teacher Mrs. Cuneo. Hopefully she'll be back with Mrs. Cuneo tomorrow and hopefully nobody else in the family gets it we have a fun weekend away planned.
